The Problem

As Turtle Enviro’s product range expanded, the sales team increasingly relied on Salesforce for quoting and product selection. However, the quoting experience became slow and error-prone: • The catalog contained thousands of product records, many of which were not relevant for quoting. • Sales reps struggled to quickly locate the correct products. • Quote revisions lacked traceability. Previous versions were difficult to reference or restore. • A custom-built Lightning Web Component was in place, but it could not support efficient quoting workflows or future growth needs. The company needed a quoting solution that was faster, more accurate, and easier to maintain.

Working collaboratively with Turtle Enviro’s internal Salesforce lead, we: • Implemented Revenue Cloud Advanced to streamline and standardize the quoting process. • Simplified product selection by enabling catalog browsing and guided product configuration. • Improved quote accuracy using context definitions, reducing reliance on complex formulas and flows. • Enhanced quote version tracking and transparency. • Maintained daily communication and iterative testing to ensure every feature aligned with real-world sales workflows. The implementation was completed in approximately 6–7 weeks, almost twice as fast as originally projected.
